The bus station in Kaunas lies in the middle of the city.

The renovated building is in operation since 2017 and was designed by the architect Gintaras Balčytis and his team.

Around 10,000 people travel through the building every day to get on one of the 700 buses that arrive and depart.

In addition to "normal bus services", the bus station also offers some shops.

Since the renovation, the station has also had new opening times – it is open 24/7.

This bus station is the only one in Lithuania and one of the few in Europe that offers this service.

A Disan central vacuum system was installed here in 2005, long before the renovation.

Since then, the installed central vacuum unit, a B02 100, provides 24 hours of cleanliness.
